空氣循環干燥(zao)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)封閉母(mu)線(xian)新型(xing)防(fang)潮(chao)結露裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),可(ke)徹底避免離相封閉母(mu)線(xian)內部潮(chao)濕結露的發(fa)生(sheng),切實(shi)提高發(fa)電機(ji)組運行安(an)全性,是(shi)微正壓裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、熱風保養裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)等防(fang)潮(chao)結露裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的理想升級替代產品,該(gai)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)可(ke)適用于(yu)新建核電、火(huo)電、水電機(ji)組及改造工程。
工作原理:空氣(qi)(qi)循環干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)以母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)空氣(qi)(qi)相(xiang)對(dui)濕度為考(kao)核(he)指(zhi)標,當其相(xiang)對(dui)濕度值高于設定(ding)值時,該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)自動投(tou)入(ru)(ru)運(yun)行(xing),干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)氣(qi)(qi)體通過連接(jie)管路(lu)從母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)A、C相(xiang)外殼(ke)進入(ru)(ru)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)(bu),在各回路(lu)末端匯入(ru)(ru)B相(xiang)后進入(ru)(ru)該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),經干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)處理后再返(fan)入(ru)(ru)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)A、C相(xiang)外殼(ke),形成閉式循環干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)系統(tong),有(you)效提高母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)空氣(qi)(qi)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)度,從而防止結露的發(fa)生。各回路(lu)末端均設有(you)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)氣(qi)(qi)體流量調節裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),可(ke)確(que)保各回路(lu)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果。干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)投(tou)入(ru)(ru)運(yun)行(xing)后,母(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)空氣(qi)(qi)的露點可(ke)保持在-30℃左右。干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設兩個吸附(fu)筒(tong),一個吸附(fu),一個再生,輪流轉換,轉換時間6~8小時。
● 采用大流(liu)量(liang)空氣閉(bi)式循環干燥方(fang)式,對(dui)母線內(nei)空氣不斷地進行(xing)循環干燥,可使母線內(nei)濕度保持較低的水平,同(tong)時(shi)對(dui)母線的密封性要求相(xiang)對(dui)不高;
● 采用精密濕度(du)傳(chuan)感器,實時監測、顯(xian)示母(mu)線內部相對(dui)濕度(du),并根據母(mu)線運行(xing)狀(zhuang)況,自動投入(ru)或退出(chu)裝置(zhi);
● 采用“PLC”控制,運行穩定可靠,自動(dong)化程度高;
● 采用彩(cai)色觸摸(mo)屏作為人(ren)機交互界(jie)面,操作方便,顯示直(zhi)觀;

微正壓裝置是向(xiang)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)充入干(gan)燥氣體并維持(chi)其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力略(lve)高于(yu)大(da)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力的裝置(zhi)(zhi),避(bi)免母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)外(wai)殼外(wai)部(bu)潮(chao)(chao)氣及(ji)灰(hui)塵進入母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)。微正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)裝置(zhi)(zhi)對母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)密封(feng)性能要求高,有(you)的機組甚至不能建立起有(you)效地微正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),即使能夠建立起微正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),但(dan)不能去除除母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)原(yuan)有(you)或負荷變化而進入的潮(chao)(chao)氣,因(yin)此即使母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)微正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)滿足要求,也(ye)不能確定母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)內(nei)部(bu)空氣是否(fou)干(gan)燥,是否(fou)會導致結露。同時各回路母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)末(mo)端一般(ban)均設置(zhi)(zhi)絕(jue)緣密封(feng)結構,變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器升高座(zuo)無法(fa)納入微正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)系統(tong),在(zai)實(shi)際運行過程中,變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器升高座(zuo)內(nei)經(jing)常(chang)由于(yu)結露而產生凝結水(shui)影響母(mu)(mu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)安全運行。
熱風保養裝置一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)于(yu)機組啟運前,用(yong)于(yu)去除母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內部的(de)(de)潮(chao)氣,提高母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內部的(de)(de)空(kong)氣溫(wen)度,從(cong)(cong)而降(jiang)低(di)相(xiang)對(dui)濕度,起到保養作用(yong),熱空(kong)氣由(you)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)一(yi)端進入(ru),從(cong)(cong)各回路母(mu)線(xian)(xian)末端排氣孔排出(chu)。該裝置并沒有(you)(you)真(zhen)正(zheng)降(jiang)低(di)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內的(de)(de)空(kong)氣濕度,只是(shi)提高了(le)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內空(kong)氣的(de)(de)溫(wen)度,從(cong)(cong)而降(jiang)低(di)了(le)相(xiang)對(dui)濕度。在母(mu)線(xian)(xian)運行時(shi),由(you)于(yu)環境(jing)溫(wen)度或機組負(fu)荷的(de)(de)變化,母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內部仍有(you)(you)結露(lu)的(de)(de)可能。當母(mu)線(xian)(xian)長度較(jiao)長時(shi),遠離熱空(kong)氣入(ru)口處(chu)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內部空(kong)氣溫(wen)度較(jiao)低(di),該區域(yu)絕緣子(zi)表面仍有(you)(you)結露(lu)的(de)(de)現象。
加熱器一(yi)般裝設(she)與母線內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)絕(jue)緣子附(fu)近,維持(chi)母線內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)空氣(qi)(qi)溫度(du),避免母線起(qi)停期間(jian)溫差(cha)過(guo)大導致結露(lu)。由于加(jia)熱器數量較多,降低了母線外殼(ke)的(de)(de)密(mi)封性能,運行損耗大,同(tong)熱風(feng)保養(yang)裝置(zhi)一(yi)樣,該裝置(zhi)僅(jin)通(tong)過(guo)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)母線內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)空氣(qi)(qi)溫度(du)而降低相對濕度(du),并沒有(you)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)母線內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)的(de)(de)干燥度(du),也不能徹(che)底杜(du)絕(jue)母線內(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)結露(lu)的(de)(de)可(ke)能。
空(kong)氣(qi)循(xun)(xun)環干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置克服了以上裝(zhuang)置的(de)缺點(dian),由于采用循(xun)(xun)環干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)方(fang)式(shi),無(wu)需(xu)建立(li)微正壓(ya)來阻止外部濕空(kong)氣(qi)的(de)入侵,對(dui)(dui)母(mu)線(xian)(xian)的(de)密封要求不高(gao)。同時,它能從(cong)根本(ben)上除去母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)空(kong)氣(qi)中的(de)水分,降低(di)空(kong)氣(qi)的(de)絕對(dui)(dui)濕度(du),防止凝露。干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)裝(zhuang)置系統采用連通管,將母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)的(de)所有空(kong)間(jian)相連通,包括變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)座等(deng)微正壓(ya)無(wu)法到達的(de)地方(fang),使得母(mu)線(xian)(xian)內(nei)空(kong)氣(qi)得到100%范(fan)圍的(de)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)而不存在(zai)死區。
